What is your cancellation policy? Text all cancellations requests to 510 541 7632

If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the class we will issue you a studio credit that can be applied to a future date.

If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice we will refund 50% of your payment.

No shows will not be refunded.

Is parking available?There is plenty of FREE street parking.

Is the building handicap accessible? Our building is wheelchair accessible. However, our restroom is not.

What happens if I arrive late? Late arrivals of up to 30 minutes will be permitted to attend. However the instructor will not be able to provide personalized instructions for the purpose of "catching up."

Do I need to bring anything? We supply a wide range of faux flowers and embellishments. But, if you want a specific color, type of flower or object (e.g. hummingbird), we suggest you bring it just in case we don't have it.

Also feel free to bring in broken pieces of jewelry or earrings missing their mates to add to your flower crown

What are the age limits?

Minimum age is 8 years and the child must be able to safely use a glue gun without assistance. No children are allowed who are not participating in the workshop. But if you have an infant that will be in a stroller during the class, that is okay.
