She comes with a bum rod, no base. We have a stand like the one in the photo available here but it ships from our LA warehouse. So there will be an additional shipping charge.
Also with stand that goes in the foot, it makes it easier to put pants on the mannequin. BUT if you want to put shoes on the mannequin you will need to put a hole in the shoe.
