This male torso is made out of a clear polycarbonate - the same material used to make children's glasses. So unlike acrylic which most clear mannequins are made out of, this is a shatterproof material. 

If you are trying to achieve the "ghost "effect for photographing clothes, this creates a great look. 

You can get the torso with one of two bases -- a 32" high base or a 42" high base. Select your choice when ordering.
