Processing of Orders: Please allow a 24-48 hour processing window prior to shipment. Orders submitted after 2pm PST, weekends and/or holidays will have an additional processing time. If you need something expedited, call us BEFORE placing your order.
Shipping of Orders: Our products ship from various distribution centers throughout the country. So if you order several different items they might arrive at different times because the products could be shipping from different parts of the country.

All of our shipping prices are for the lower 48 states only. If you are located somewhere else, contact us via email regarding the shipping price. With the exception of Canada, we do not ship internationally but will ship to a US based freight forwarder.
Returns/Refunds: All returns and damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. You must email us first for a return authorization. Include your company name, invoice number and list of items you want to return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds will either be in the form of store credit for the full purchasing price, or a credit card/check refund of the purchasing price minus a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Items: All our products are shipped out with full insurance on the package. For damage claims, we need to see a photo of the damage. Then the items must be packaged back in the original box and packing material with the original shipping label in order for a claim to be filed and a damage call tag pick-up to be scheduled.
